Hi Mike, Last month I had to go to the office several days vs. working from home. I usually just pick up a cup of coffee from Dunkin on the way. This way I don’t have to brew a pot and remember to bring my Yeti back home… This was my regular routine before trying Roast2Order. I picked it up on day 1 (actually I bought 2 one for the road and one in the office) so $8 later, this coffee was just ok, not bad, but nowhere near as good as I have become accustomed to. So the next 3 days, I roasted a full pot, made my travel Yeti with cream and splenda, my go to, and also my 50 oz. Yeti thermos pre mixed, for the rest of the day. It was a little more effort in the morning, but so worth it to have good coffee all day long. Just wanted to share. BR2O (before Roast2Order) I was always a Dunkin drinker. usually 2 cups a day, one in the am, and one on the way home, and I would have defended them as the best coffee. After the taste test last month I cannot say that anymore. R2O is king.

Coffee is a top priority in this household and your coffee is the best. During Covid I kept buying coffee. I was panicked about running out. Our subscription of 4 bags a month is perfect! We start the month with half flavored and half (non flavored) Bold Coffee of the Month mixed in the grinder. Then the second half of the month we are all Dahlcast Mountain Blend. It is fun! And your ‘Irish’ breakfast tea is very good too! Thank you! We pull out the basecamp French press for Saturday mornings in the backyard. We are glad to be subscribers, of both you and Steve Dahl. Teas. I got 4 different teas than I’d ordered last time. My intent was to make a different one each evening when I’d finally finished the cooking and dishes and wanted to relax. I began with the pumpkin spice. It was nice. Warm and soothing. Great with a biscotti, kitty on my lap and the fireplace crackling away. So good I had it with breakfast the following morning and again in the evening. I’ve not been able to move on to another flavor yet. But tonight, yes tonight I move on to the Moroccan mint. These teas are addicting! Soothing and relaxing. Obviously haven’t found one I don’t like yet. Thanks for branching out into the teas for us non-coffee drinkers. I can hardly wait for tonight’s relaxation time! Tea’s on!!!

Just wanted to tell you that I tried the newest coffee pods and they are a GAME CHANGER! Wonderful full body taste and no bitterness. I’ve tried Light Roast and Decaf. Now I’m ordering Dark Roast. I brew a larger cup than I did before.

Gotta say the loose leaf is the way to go and R2O is the place to get it and I’m not just saying that. I think the chamomile is my favorite next to the Earl Grey. I never knew chamomile had a cinnamon flavor before. In the past (Pre-R2O) It always tasted like hay to me. The orange in the Earl Grey just wakes my senses with every sip.

Mike your coffees and teas just jam! So glad I found you through Steve Dahl. I talk about you to anyone that mentions coffee. Going to get gift cards this year so maybe when they try it you’ll get new customers like me.

I thought I would share this with you.. I ran out of roasted coffee beans this past month. I bought a small container of coffee from another roaster to hold me over until my new order from R2O arrived. YUCK!! I couldn’t drink it. I have gotten spoiled by your roasted coffee beans. I had to dump the cup of coffee down the drain. It tasted terrible. I will change my subscription order again. Happy Brewing

ALL your products are top notch, but you have a real sleeper in the Mexican roast, imo. I pair that with the Brazilian roast for a dual kick in the pants in the a.m……….. and don’t forget the dash of cinnamon to complete that Mexican roast! It takes it right over the top!

The pods are nice when you’re in a rush and don’t have time to brew a pot, and I’m almost always in a rush lol. I gotta say you are the shining example of what customer service should be!! All the interactions I’ve had with you, the early Kona conversations, to the wrong address hunt down, to this off hand question about SQDS pods have been great, helpful, and always positive. My husband and I live in Arizona and have been drinking coffee made with beans freshly roasted by a local coffee roaster. The coffee is delicious-so much better than the coffee k cups we’d been using. During a trip to Illinois to visit family and friends in Illinois, we couldn’t find any locally roasted coffee in stores or farmer’s markets. I’d heard about roast 2 order while listening to the Steve Dahl podcast, so I ordered a couple of bags. Oh my! We had a hard time believing it was even better than the freshly roasted coffee we’d been purchasing in Arizona. We are now hooked on roast 2 order!

Brendan compared drinking Roast 2 Order coffee to eating a Butterfinger candy bar that came RIGHT off the production line, versus one that you get at the store.

A few years ago, a listener of the show who works for Mars Candy in Chicago GAVE Steve, Dag & Brendan a couple of cases of FRESH Butterfingers right off the line when they were on the radio, and all 3 tried and commented about how fantastic they were fresh like they had never had such an awesome Butterfinger. Drinking R2O coffee is like that for Brendan.

I am impressed that you would send a personal email. Thank you for the VIP canister, too. I love both the coffee and the canister. Had it not been for Steve and the guys raving about your coffee every day on the podcast, I might not have ever ordered. Steve has never steered his listeners wrong about anything. He knows his stuff!

Today I actually had the breakfast blend without my usual cream for the first time. I normally don’t drink black coffee but I have to say the breakfast blend is so smooth that you don’t need anything to dress it up and make it taste better. That is saying a lot! I have other coffee to use up too, but will plan to order again.

I have a French press so my next order will be for a coarser blend to use for a French press. I will also send Steve an email to add my praises to Roast 2 Order Coffee. It’s REALLY GOOD!

I have always thought coffee tasted like crap, and I only had one good cup in my life in college as an after-dinner drink. It was smooth, had a bit of citrus taste to it, and it wasn’t bitter at all. I tried drinking it many times, but nothing ever matched up to that one cup. When Roast2Order became a podcast partner, I heard you describe how the coffee tasted, and to me, you were describing that cup of coffee I had 30 some years ago, so I had to try his coffee. I tried Mike’s coffee, and yes, I am now drinking coffee. It is awesome, and it tasted just like that cup of coffee I once had!!!
