Airgone™ Argon Gas

Airscape® has revolutionized coffee storage with its award-winning canister, featuring a patented inner lid that expels air, creating an oxygen-deficient environment. Now, Airscape® introduces Fresh-Port™, a technology that allows you to introduce inert gases like argon to further protect your dry goods.

Airgone™, a pressurized argon gas can, is the perfect companion for Fresh-Port™ products. Argon, a non-reactive, odorless, and food-safe gas heavier than oxygen, creates a barrier between your stored items and oxygen, preventing spoilage. A quick 2-second flush of Airgone™ is enough to safeguard your coffee or other dry goods for extended periods and its good for 75 flushes.

Airgone™ is compatible with all Fresh-Port™ products, including the Large Mouth Mason Jar Lid and the Airscape® Fresh-Port™ Inner Lid.

Note on Initial Use: When using Airgone™ with a new Fresh-Port™ valve, you may experience some resistance while inserting the red straw. This is normal, as the valve is designed to be airtight. To ease the process, insert the straw without the can attached, applying gentle pressure until it's secure. Then, attach the can and administer a 2-second flush.

Tip for Faster Wear-In: To accelerate the wear-in process, use a paperclip to slightly widen the Fresh-Port™ valve without compromising the seal.
