Just wanted to tell you that I tried the newest coffee pods and they are a GAME CHANGER! Wonderful full body taste and no bitterness. I’ve tried Light Roast and Decaf. Now I’m ordering Dark Roast. I brew a larger cup than I did before.

In this day and age when companies make it difficult if not impossible to talk to a human...or if you power through the annoying automated recording that doesn't have a choice that answers your issue and do manage to reach a human, you end up talking to someone in a far - away call center trying to communicate with someone on a hard to hear phone who has limited information or power to solve your issue...it is VERY refreshing to deal directly with CEO, Mike! He quickly resolves any issues and makes me feel like a valued client. The coffee is delicious and fair trade, but it's the outstanding customer service that secures my loyalty to Roast 2 Order Coffee and Tea.

Tried the flower mouth and it was very good. I buy beans from roasters in my area but they are usually a week or two old. This was roasted yesterday and I can taste the difference, roast 2 order is the way to go!

I have been searching for a great coffee that tastes good black. When I met Mike I was excited to try his roast and WOW! I love the breakfast blend. It is smooth and very drinkable black. But then I added my cream and it is a solid, delicious cup of coffee!! I am a fan and new customer!!!
